James O'Neill is the Managing Director of C4 Strategic Ltd. With over a decade of experience in emergency response and event support, he’s been at the forefront of some of the most challenging environments in the UK and abroad.

James started his journey with the East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust, responding to 999 calls and later joining the Special Operations Response Team (SORT), where he supported major incidents and collaborated with multiple agencies to deliver care in hostile and high-risk situations.

Alongside his NHS role, James has supported major UK festivals and high-profile events, working with clients like Reading Festival, BBC Proms, and Clapham Common Festival.

In 2021, James took on a senior role in ambulance operations, where he oversaw emergency response resources and led special operations. His work involved on-call tactical command, resilience planning, and the delivery of medical services at events like Wireless and Major League Baseball.

In 2022, James dedicated himself full-time to C4 Strategic Ltd., driven by a commitment to provide adaptable, high-quality support for clients worldwide. C4 Strategic has also taken him on international adventures, including medical support at the Montane Arctic Ultramarathon and as a Medical Commander at Saudi Arabia’s Soundstorm festival.

He is also currently pursuing a Master’s in Emergency Planning, Resilience, and Response at the University of Wolverhampton.
